About

“All the true things I am about to tell you are shameless lies” – Kurt Vonnegut, Cat’s Cradle.

Aubrey Robinson constructs fictional environments through the use of large-scale digitally manipulated photography. His work explores themes of dilapidation and loss relating to contemporary Ireland. By combining digital photo-collage with traditional observational painting, he produces images that occupy a middle ground between the two disciplines.
